- Replace upload/download-artifact v4 with v3 (v4 not supported on Gitea)
- Fix ObjectsPool::allocateNew() usage (returns void, not bool)
- Add cmake and build-essential to dependencies
- Update release workflow to use softprops/action-gh-release
